TeamOS (by a company called Outcome) is an organizational intelligence and bottleneck detection platform for engineering and product teams. Their own description: "Google Maps for your org." As companies scale, cross-team coordination becomes invisible and expensive, teams are constantly pinging each other on Slack, work gets blocked waiting on other teams, and leadership has no clear picture of where delays actually come from. TeamOS makes all of that visible.

Overview

As a Framer developer at Kargul Studio, I was brought in to translate their Figma design into a responsive, polished Framer website that could communicate this powerful concept with the clarity and conviction engineering leaders demand.

Challenge

TeamOS is solving a problem that engineering and product leaders know intimately but have never had a proper tool to address — the invisible friction of cross-team coordination at scale. The website needed to take that abstract, systemic problem and make it feel concrete, recognizable, and solvable within the first scroll. Alongside the messaging challenge, the build had to be technically precise: pixel-perfect across all breakpoints, fast-loading for a technical audience that notices performance, and visually consistent across every browser and device. Any roughness in the execution would contradict the very promise of clarity and visibility that TeamOS is built on.

What I Did

Working in close collaboration with the Kargul Studio team, I managed the complete development process from Figma handoff to final QA — ensuring that every aspect of the design landed accurately and held up reliably across all environments in Framer.

  • Built the entire website in Framer directly from TeamOS's Figma files, preserving the design's visual logic and structural clarity — qualities that mirror the product's own promise of making complexity legible

  • Implemented responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints, ensuring the site performed consistently for CTOs, engineering managers, and product leaders across any device

  • Integrated clean, structured animations that conveyed a sense of flow, visibility, and system-level awareness — echoing the "Google Maps for your org" metaphor through the way the site itself moved and revealed information

  • Optimized page speed and SEO to strengthen organic discoverability among engineering and product leaders actively searching for solutions to coordination overhead and team-level visibility gaps

  • Maintained regular communication with the Kargul Studio team throughout the project to track progress, incorporate feedback efficiently, and deliver within the agreed timeline

Scope of Work

  • Full Figma-to-Framer implementation

  • Responsive and adaptive layout design

  • SEO and performance optimization

  • Interactive motion and animation design

  • Quality assurance for pixel-perfect fidelity

Result

The final website is fast, structured, and visually faithful to the original Figma design — presenting TeamOS's organizational intelligence platform in a way that immediately resonates with engineering and product leaders who have spent months dealing with exactly the coordination problems it solves. The site makes an abstract, systemic challenge feel specific and addressable, and positions Outcome's solution with the confidence and precision its technical audience expects. Delivered on time as a fully launch-ready website, it is optimized for performance and search, built for long-term scalability, and consistent across every device and browser its audience uses.

I'm looking for a team that thinks about design as a growth system. I'd love to explore what we could build together.
